Folding 3 × 3 m gazebo with a plain-coloured roof and valance on a clear outdoor site

Printed Gazebos for Businesses

Our printed gazebos are folding steel or aluminium frames from 3 × 3 m to 3 × 6 m, plus inflatable gazebos, with roof, valance and walls printed by dye-sublimation or digital print. They are your brand's outdoor stand at trade shows, markets and events, made to order: tell us the size, frame, walls and date, and we send you a quote and mock-up.

Seen from a distance

A printed roof is nine square metres of branding on a 3 × 3 m gazebo. You can spot it from the far side of the site.

Steel or aluminium

The 30-32 mm steel frame suits a handful of outings a year. The 40 mm hexagonal aluminium goes up faster and holds up better to frequent use.

Full-colour sublimation

The ink bonds into the polyester fibre, covers the whole canopy with no extra cost for the number of colours, and does not crack along the folds.

Where a printed gazebo gets used

A gazebo is bought once and used for years: outdoor trade shows, markets, weekend sales outings, tournaments and information points. It also covers internal uses, such as the refreshment point at a sponsored race, registration at an open day or shade at the staff summer party.

Before ordering, ask the venue whether it requires certified flame-retardant fabric and whether you can peg into the ground or need weights, 10 to 30 kg per leg. A gazebo rarely stands alone: flags usually go in front, a roll-up banner beside the counter inside, and the team in polo shirts in the same colour.

Frame, fabric and print

The 3 × 3 m folding steel gazebo has a 300D polyester roof with a PVC coating and weighs 20-25 kg. The aluminium version has 600D polyester and two people put it up in a couple of minutes. The wider 3 × 6 m is the one for counter and service area. The 3 × 6 m, in reinforced 50 mm aluminium, takes three people to assemble. For sponsorships there is the 4 × 4 m cube-style inflatable, with no poles.

Polyester roofs and walls are sublimation printed; PVC canvases and inflatables are digitally printed. Since the roof is not changed every year, keep the design simple: corporate-colour background, large logo on all four sides and the brand on the valance, with no phone numbers or dates.

How to choose your printed gazebo

Size
The 3 × 3 m fits most trade show and market pitches. For a counter and service area, go for the larger 3 × 6 m option's smaller sibling in between; for big crowds or separate zones, the 3 × 6 m. Check your pitch size with the venue first.
Frame for the way you use it
30-32 mm steel if the gazebo comes out only a few times a year. 40 mm hexagonal aluminium if it travels in a van every week: it weighs a little less and goes up faster.
What gets printed
Full roof or just the valance, how many walls, and whether any are printed on both sides. Walls can be plain, with a window, half-wall counter style or with a zip door.
Technique and artwork
Sublimation on polyester, or digital print on canvas and on inflatables. Send your logo as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF): at this scale, a small bitmap logo looks pixelated.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about printed gazebos

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

What size of gazebo do I need for a trade show stand?

The 3 × 3 m is the most common and fits most pitches. A mid-size option gives room for a counter and service area, and the 3 × 6 m suits events with big crowds. Check your pitch size with the venue first.

Steel or aluminium folding gazebo?

Steel suits a few outings a year and costs less. The 40 mm hexagonal aluminium weighs a little less, goes up faster and copes better with rain and frequent set-ups.

Can I print just the roof and leave the walls plain?

Yes, and it is a common way to spread the budget. The roof and valance are what you see from a distance; the walls can be ordered printed later with the same artwork.

How do I secure a folding gazebo in the wind?

With pegs, if the ground and the venue allow it, or with weights of 10 to 30 kg on each leg, which are ordered separately. In strong wind, the sensible thing is not to put it up, or to take it down.

Are printed gazebos flame-retardant?

It depends on the fabric, and each venue sets its own conditions: some require certified flame-retardant material. If that applies to you, tell us when you ask for a quote.

How far in advance do I need to order?

It depends on the model and how many printed walls it has, and in general it needs more lead time than a roll-up banner or a flag. Give us the event date when you ask for a quote and we will confirm the timing; production starts once you approve the mock-up.
